this is a 9 inch grill and barbecue knife. It is made from 61 Rockwell AEB-L stainless steel and has a amboyna burl, blue and natural curly maple handle. Handle woods have been stabilized to reduce moisture intake. This knife has a more robust convex edge to resist edge movement in case it comes in contact with bone accidentally.
