8 inch chef knife (k tip)

this is an 8 inch chef knife made from 61 Rockwell AEB-L stainless steel. the knife is 2 inches at the heel or back of the knife and is balanced directly in front of the handle.It has a red and green curly mango bolster with curly Bastogne walnut handle.
