8 inch chef knife

this is a 8 inch chef knife with a k tip. It is made from 61 Rockwell hardness AEB-L stainless steel. This will be an overall great performer in the kitchen for a multitude of tasks. Handle is made from very special Turkish walnut with blue burl accent and white g10 spacers.
